Sales Center Operator

Back We are looking for an Italian-English-and-German speaking Sales Center Operator to be based in Verona Villafranca.

Main Functions:
  • Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
  • Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes
  • Provides customer additional information or explains services
  • Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public
  • Completes data entry as required
  • Accurately captures customer information
    • Requirements:
  • Applicants should be proficient in verbal and written communication (Italian, English and German languages), IT competent
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented and accurate
