Junior Construction Sales Representative
Focus: Learning the company process, generating leads, building client relationships, and hitting personal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect for new clients via networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet with potential clients to understand needs and present products/services.
Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and change orders accurately.
Inspect project sites, scope work, and estimate costs.
Maintain customer database and track sales activities.
Attend trade shows and networking events.
Minimum 0 - 2 Years Experience in Construction
Construction Sales Manager
Focus: Developing strategy, leading a team, managing territory performance, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the territory.
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Set team goals and conduct performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting to upper management.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams.
Minimum 2 - 8 Years Experience in Construction
Qualification: Diploma/BE/B. Tech Civil Engineering
