We are seeking a talented Sales Coach!

Are you passionate about developing others? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coach to help us enhance their strengths and improve their sales skills. You must be able to discover people's strengths and weaknesses and tell them what works best for them. Having communication skills partnered with critical thinking are prerequisites for this job.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales agents through live and recorded call reviews
• Reinforce consultative selling best practices and value-based pitching
• Analyze performance metrics to identify skill gaps and improvement areas
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and group coaching to increase conversion and revenue
