Job Description
The Sales Coach will be responsible for enhancing the performance of sales professionals through targeted coaching, training, and enablement. This role goes beyond traditional training delivery—it focuses on building active selling capabilities, supporting pitch development, handling real-time escalations, and being a trusted performance partner to the sales team (New & Modernized business).
- Sales Coaching & Enablement
- Deliver structured coaching sessions focused on active selling skills, consultative selling, and customer engagement.
- Observe sales interactions and provide actionable feedback to improve effectiveness.
- Support sales employees in developing personalized growth plans.
Training & Capability Building
