Job Description

1- Service the clients in the showrooms and provide the right recommendation / introduce new items for purchase.
2- Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly target set by a predefined table according to Showroom sales and employee’s salary.

3- Ensure Sales Orders SO and transfers are updated on NAV system & follow the correct operation process.

4- Ensure the customer CRM file is completed and updated and avoid CRM file duplications

5- Ensure on a daily basis, proper display, in sales consultant’s section, of items as per VM plan, and that the correct price tags and QR codes tags are attached in a proper way.

6- Ensure the showroom is clean as per our hygienic standards….

7- Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and as per company policy.

8- Follow up and report any delay on:

- The design approval phase with client and Design & technical departments
- The production phase with the factory “Intercasa”

- Client’s payment settlement and delivery schedule

9- Continuous Update of CRM & NAV regarding all customer activities, feedbacks on collections, service, needs…
