About The Role

• Utilising your product knowledge and superior communications skills to drive sales by explaining health insurance options and guide customers toward the most suitable policy.
• Break down complex health insurance information into simple, easy-to-understand terms during calls.
• Ask targeted discovery questions to understand customer needs, priorities and budget.
• Tailor recommendations based on each customer’s unique circumstances.
• Build trust and rapport through clear, confident and empathetic communication.

About You

We’re looking for experienced salespeople who thrive in fast‑paced, phone‑based sales. This is quick‑turnaround selling, you’ll be closing daily.

You Might Come From

• Call centre/telesales/inside sales
• Fundraising/charity
• Media & advertising sales
• Online education/course sales
• Telco, utilities, finance, automotive, or other high-volume sales

Health insurance experience is a bonus . A strong sales track record, pace, resilience and coach‑ability are essential.
