Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and polished Sales Executives (both Junior and Senior levels ) for our New Delhi Experience Centre . The role demands a strong background in luxury retail sales , preferably from the bathroom, doors & windows, or furniture industries, with the ability to engage confidently with UHNI/HNI clientele, architects, and designers .
This is a front-end client-facing role suited for individuals who combine strong sales acumen with refined communication and an appreciation for design.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in clients, architects, interior designers, and developers to understand project needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Manage the complete sales process — from lead generation and quotation to negotiation, closure, and post-sales coordination.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNI clients and the design community.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of client servicing.
- Stay updated on new product ranges, technical specifications, and design trends.
- Ensure the showroom’s merchandising and presentation align with Valueline’s luxury brand standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
- 2–8 years of experience in luxury retail sales , preferably from bathroom fittings, doors & windows, or furniture backgrounds.
- Proven experience in handling UHNI/HNI clients, architects, and builders .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong sense of design aesthetics and product knowledge.
- Confident, well-presented, and client-oriented professional.
