The Digital Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving property sales through SMDC’s innovative digital sales platform. This position is responsible for engaging prospective buyers online, providing seamless virtual consultations, and guiding clients through the end-to-end digital purchasing journey. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and results-driven, with a passion for real estate and digital engagement. They will serve as the frontline ambassador of SMDC’s digital transformation, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients transacting through the platform.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle initial touchpoint thru chat, email, or call and nurture assigned leads.
• Generate sales thru inbound leads (and outbound leads, as needed).

Order Management

• Handle assigned transactions within agreed SLA.
• Ensure timely booking of converted accounts.
