Job Description
The Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing revenue opportunities across custom software development, digital solutions, and ICT Training & Traineeship programs.
This role focuses on selling outcomes—combining technology implementation with workforce capability development. You will engage senior business, technical, and HR stakeholders, drive complex deal cycles, and work closely with internal delivery and training teams to close high-value opportunities.
Requirements
Revenue & Sales Execution
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to deal closure and handover.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue KPIs across software and training services.
- Build and execute account and opportunity plans to grow wallet share within existing and new clients.
- Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and contribute to forecasting and revenue planning.
