    Job Description

  • Monitor and manage financial controls for sales and marketing operations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement financial, product pricing and incentive strategies.
  • Responsible for product and marketing costs, dealer incentives and margins including after sales.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management.
  • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Sales & Marketing Controller should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 18+ years of experience in similar or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial management and reporting within the manufacturing / FMCG / FMCD / automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in implementing financial controls and compliance measures.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
