Job Description
Monitor and manage financial controls for sales and marketing operations.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement financial, product pricing and incentive strategies.Responsible for product and marketing costs, dealer incentives and margins including after sales.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management.Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.Liaise with internal and external auditors during financial audits.The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales & Marketing Controller should have:
A professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.18+ years of experience in similar or related fields.Extensive knowledge of financial management and reporting within the manufacturing / FMCG / FMCD / automotive industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in implementing financial controls and compliance measures.Proficiency in financial software and tools.The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
