Our client is a franchised dealership, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.

Role – Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager

Location – near Sevenoaks

Salary – 23k basic / OTE 50k plus

Company car with Fuel allowance

Sales Controller Role

To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-ordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives

To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s

To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability

To oversee the enquiry management process

To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained
