Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. This role is structured as a fast-track development program where you will receive hands-on training in sales operations, customer relationship management, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and coordination
  • Follow up with clients for orders, updates, delivery schedules, and enquiries
  • Ensure all sales activities run smoothly from lead to closure

Customer Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing basic queries
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with clients via phone, email & in-person

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare, organize and maintain sales documents, quotations, proposals, and reports
  • Update CRM/sales tracking systems with accurate data
  • Ensure sales records are complete and up-to-date

Coordination With Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, accounts and delivery teams for seamless order execution
  • Communicate client requirements to relevant departments
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on approvals, delivery schedules and billing

Sales Meetings & Follow-Ups

  • Assist in preparing for sales meetings and presentations
  • Follow up on sales leads, quotations and client feedback
  • Support the sales team with customer engagement activities


Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
