- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.
- Manage order processing, data updates, and customer communication.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Enter and update customer details, pricing, and orders in the ERP system.
- Check stock availability, track order status, and coordinate with the logistics team.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely, accurate information.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all approvals follow company processes.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations for smooth workflow.
Support the team with additional sales operations or administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Coordination / Sales Operations.
- Pharma industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS).
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Software systems.
Excellent English communication skills.
