  • Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.

  • Manage order processing, data updates, and customer communication.

  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.

  • Enter and update customer details, pricing, and orders in the ERP system.

  • Check stock availability, track order status, and coordinate with the logistics team.

  • Handle customer queries and provide timely, accurate information.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all approvals follow company processes.

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations for smooth workflow.


  • Support the team with additional sales operations or administrative tasks when required.


     




Requirements



  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Coordination / Sales Operations.

  • Pharma industry experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS).

  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Software systems.


  • Excellent English communication skills.
