Job Description
Analyze customer forecasts and purchase orders to propose accurate system load schedules.
Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain forecast and balance reports for internal planning and reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine optimal delivery quantities and frequencies, supporting production goals and minimizing line downtime.
Monitor goods availability, ensuring inventory transparency and forecast accuracy.
Uphold system integrity by managing inventory accuracy, addressing past-due items, and maintaining master data.
Possess working knowledge of import and export procedures, prepare documentation for import and export.
Assist the Program Manager with inventory shortage coordination and reporting.
Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
