Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our India office based in Bandra, Mumbai. The role involves close coordination with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales orders from receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Liaise with manufacturing and logistics teams to track production schedules and shipment timelines
Work closely with the sales team to support order management, documentation, and customer communication
Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders (vendors, transporters, customers) to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor order status, resolve delays, and proactively escalate issues when required
