PrideStaff is hiring for a Sales Coordinator for an established electronic equipment and instruments company in Bend, OR. The Sales Coordinator provides high level customer service to our client’s customer base, owning the order process from entry to follow-up, including returns and billing disputes as needed. They also provide support to the sales and marketing team with project-related tasks. All responsibilities are aimed at meeting and exceeding the customer’s expectations.

Essential Functions

• Serve as the first line of contact for inbound sales calls, answer routine customer questions, and transfer to other staff as appropriate.

• Become well versed on company product offerings.

• Accurately enter sales orders from web-based orders, inbound phone calls/email requests, and from the sales team.
