Job Description

Your tasks

  • Act as the main interface to the customer: process all types of quotes, enquiries and orders and respond to them within 24 hours. 
  • Receive and process/distribute different kinds of customer enquiries (technical, commercial, quality) and collaborate with different departments across the company.
  • Understand future customer needs and market trends (project pipeline, forecasts)
  • Proactively liaise with other departments (cross-border) to ensure that internal & external customer requirements are met at all times
  • Maintain accurate and up to date files for all your business documents and correspondence
  • Initiate and follow up actions to requests arising from related departments (Field Sales, Application Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance)
