Responsibilities




  • Driving SFDC adoption and alerting the team for updates in advance for system compliance. Training & Tracking adoption.

  • Extracting data from SFDC.com, analyzing, reporting data into meaningful insight to the management

  • Ensuring SFDC data reports and Dashboards are triggered in required formats to the sales leaders automatically from SFDC

  • Territory planning and account mapping using statistics & Sales force CRM

  • Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller aligning with the sales team.

  • Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time, and seeing thru execution with BSC team engagements.

  • Effectively communicating with Channel partners & customers in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Supporting the field sales team with Data and material availability and order execution visibility

  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.

  • Resolving any sales related issues with customers.

  • Completing the administrative needs of the sales department.

  • Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.

  • Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing by aligning these with sales team

  • Accurately analyzing and assessing statistical data & defining BFT (Business Fundamental tables) with Management team for ongoing sharing.

  • Preparing the regular/basic presentation cut’s as per company’s requirement.
