Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive (CRM & Lead Management)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in CRM management, client coordination, and lead qualification. The role focuses on supporting the sales team by managing customer data, maintaining the sales pipeline, handling client communication, and ensuring disciplined CRM usage to enable efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide complete back-end sales support with a focus on CRM and lead management
Maintain, clean, and continuously update the CRM database, including existing clients, prospects, and historical contacts
Create and manage a structured database of customers, consultants, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
Handle client communication via calls, emails, and follow-ups for lead qualification and information gathering
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and route them to the appropriate sales team
Track leads and opportunities across the sales pipeline to ensure no lead leakage
Coordinate internally with sales teams for status updates and next actions
Prepare MIS reports, pipeline reports, and CRM dashboards for management review
Support sales closures by ensuring accurate data, timely follow-ups, and complete CRM documentation
Required Skills & Proficiency
2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Support, CRM Operations, or Back-End Sales
Strong hands-on experience with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience in lead qualification, data management, and pipeline tracking
Good verbal and written communication skills for client interaction
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (for MIS and reporting)
Strong coordination, follow-up discipline, and organizational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
