Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-driven Sales Coordinator to join our AV Sales division. This role serves as the backbone of the sales function — managing operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and enabling the sales team to perform effectively. You will work closely with internal sales managers, logistics partners, brand representatives, and high-net-worth clients to ensure a seamless end-to-end sales experience.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, a refined sense of service, and an appreciation for luxury and technology. You will play a critical role in maintaining the standard of excellence that defines our brand in the market.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, follow-ups, and order status updates.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, pro forma invoices, and proposals as per brand pricing guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets by ensuring timely processing of orders and documentation.


Operational & Logistic Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, and accounts) for delivery schedules, stock updates, and payment tracking.
  • Follow up with dealers, retailers, and integrators to ensure proper order execution and installation support.
  • Assist in inventory management — tracking product availability, backorders, and new arrivals from brand partners.


Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate weekly sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and customer engagement summaries for management.
  • Analyse inquiries, conversion ratios, and client trends to identify new business opportunities.


Marketing & Brand Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for new product launches, events, and social media activities related to AV brands.
  • Support event logistics, demo room sessions, and partner training initiatives.
  • Ensure all customer-facing communication reflects the premium tone and aesthetic associated with Luxury Personified’s brand identity.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in luxury retail, audio-video, or premium consumer electronics sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage confidently with high-end clientele.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple ongoing client requests simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Passion for high-end audio, music, or home entertainment will be an added advantage.
