Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
• Assist the Sales Manager and distribution partners on sales coordination related matters
• Coordinate monthly production orders from distribution partners
• Coordinate monthly order allocations and prepare monthly proforma invoices for distribution partners’ production orders
• Maintain and update the records of monthly sales reports such as order summary, sales and stocks, order management, sales estimate, monthly sales budget and other sales related monitoring
• Prepare, update and monitor distribution partners’ order sheets and price lists whenever required
• Monitor shipments of distribution partners’ orders to assure prompt and organized consignments with coordination to the logistics team
• Monitor payment records of distribution partners and coordinate the follow-ups
• Coordinate internally with the production departments and factories
