Role Purpose
The Sales Coordinator provides professional administrative coordination and documentation support to the Sales organization. The role ensures effective handling of tenders and projects, timely internal coordination with sales and technical teams, accurate tracking of opportunities, and structured management of technical and project documentation in line with Sika standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Opportunity Coordination
- Receive register and coordinate tender inquiries and projects in hand in accordance with internal processes.
- Distribute inquiries to the relevant Target Market Managers, Vertical Market Managers, Sales Managers, or Business Development Managers.
- Coordinate internal follow‑up to ensure timely preparation and submission of commercial and technical offers.
