Job Description

Position: Sales Coordinator

Number of hours: 40 Hrs/week

Tasks required

  • Actively monitor all inbound lead channels (e.g., website, email, and social media) to identify new enquiries in real time, and ensure every lead is promptly captured and stored in the CRM as Step 1 of the process.
  • Conduct preliminary lead qualification by engaging with the prospect and applying priority tags and lead scoring criteria.
  • Allocate each lead to the most suitable sales personnel, ensuring alignment with both expertise and current availability.
  • Proactively follow-up on lead status with the salesperson.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: contact history, next actions, flagging incomplete entries to the respective salesperson.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance reports.
