Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

  • Coordinate with sales teams to process customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Maintaining Customer Master accounts in CRM and assigning Leads, deals and service tickets to respective engineers.
  • Maintain sales records, track leads, and follow up on pending quotations.
  • Support account management by maintaining updated customer databases in CRM.
  • Liaise with customers to provide enquiry status, order status, and delivery schedules.


Administrative & Reporting:

  • Maintain organized records of sales orders, invoices, service tickets, and contracts.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports for management.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (sales, service, logistics, and procurement).
  • Support in monitoring KPIs for sales operations.
