Job Description

Responsibilities: Sales Coordination:
Coordinate with sales teams to process customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
Maintaining Customer Master accounts in CRM and assigning Leads, deals and service tickets to respective engineers.
Maintain sales records, track leads, and follow up on pending quotations.
Support account management by maintaining updated customer databases in CRM.
Liaise with customers to provide enquiry status, order status, and delivery schedules.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain organized records of sales orders, invoices, service tickets, and contracts.
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports for management.
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (sales, service, logistics, and procurement).
Support in monitoring KPIs for sales operations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding sales queries.
