Job Responsibilities

Commercial Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfillment - order placement, delivery, invoicing, backorder management, stock monitoring - ensuring timely and accurate execution. Orders are placed directly by the Partner on a dedicated platform or by the Area Sales Manager in SalesForce.
  • Establish effective communication with customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure constant and clear communication with Area Sales Managers regarding delivery schedules, delays, out of stocks and unforeseen challenges.
  • Manage B2B assortment and client access.
  • Product allocation of Limited Editions and references under constrain according to retailer priority, quota, sell-out and order date.
  • Update Boutique’s out of assortment references: limited editions or under constrain or manual replenishment.
