Job Description
- Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Monitor and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Operations Manager and sales team.
