  • Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Operations Manager and sales team.
