Job Description

  • To coordinate with customer through Email & Telephone.
  • To review and forward RFQ’s to concern Sales Department.
  • To follow up with Customers & Operations for details required to prepare quotes accordingly.
  • To arrange for Gate Pass requirements for Site Visits with the clients for Sales Department and Operation Department.
  • To prepare Quotations and follow up with clients for status updates after submission of quotes.
  • To carry out and maintain Documentation for Quotation, Purchase Orders, RFQ & Invoices.
  • To maintain Official Company Documents for registration purposes with New Clients.
  • To coordinate for material dispatches and invoices with Operations & Accounts.
  • To follow up with Customers for Payments receivable & non receivable.
  • To prepare Sales Status Reports on weekly basis for Management Review.
  • To follow up/ maintain records of all customers Feedback/ Improvements/ Complaints.
  • To keep record of Customer Data Base for Regular & New Customers.
  • To keep direct contact with other members of Sales & Operation Teams.
  • To keep close contacts with Sub-Contract Service Providers for on- going jobs.


Sales Coordinator Skills & Qualifications:

  • He should be Graduate/ Diploma in Mechanical Technology.
  • He should be Computer Literate/Expert.
  • He should have Gulf Experience of 5-7 years in Sales Activities.
  • He should be able to generate Job Status Reports timely & effectively.
  • He should have experience in Accounts follow up with customer accounts receivable & non receivable
  • He should have Good Communication Skills.
