We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales coordinator to join our growing team. In this position. A Sales Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth sales processes by managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing reports and coordinating with other departments. Their duties focus on freeing up sales reps for selling, handling back-office tasks, and keeping data accurate and communications flowing.



Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:



1. Arrange meetings, manage calendars, handle calls/emails for the sales team.

2. Prepare and maintain sales proposals, presentations, brochures, and other materials.
