Job Description

Com-Plex Systems Ltd. is an established Electrical and Life Safety service and installation contractor celebrating over 40 years of service in the GTA. We are looking to add a Sales Coordinator to our sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for all sales and account management processes
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and ad hoc documents as needed
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
  • Work closely with sales staff ensure seamless operations
  • Liaise with internal teams including Accounting, Estimating, Service and Operations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A background in the electrical or fire protection industry is an asset
