Job Description
Com-Plex Systems Ltd. is an established Electrical and Life Safety service and installation contractor celebrating over 40 years of service in the GTA. We are looking to add a Sales Coordinator to our sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for all sales and account management processes
- Prepare proposals, reports, and ad hoc documents as needed
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Work closely with sales staff ensure seamless operations
- Liaise with internal teams including Accounting, Estimating, Service and Operations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A background in the electrical or fire protection industry is an asset
