Job Description

Ganga Flour Mills is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator with experience in the FMCG

sector. This role is essential in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth and efficient operations

within the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales coordination,

excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate sales team activities and provide administrative support as needed

Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking sales data, and updating CRM systems

Liaise with clients, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Support in the preparation and execution of sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely product

availability and delivery

Process orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately

Work closely with other departments, including marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve

sales targets

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

3-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the FMCG industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with team members, clients, and

vendors

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
