Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RFQ log with the MSM administrator.
- Work with other departments to set up an initial quote meeting and distribute the required information for the completion of quotes.
- Request, gather, and input the information that is required from all designated channels to complete the various steps that are mandatory in the quoting process.
- Review quotes with the program manager(s) and management for approval.
- Assemble customer required breakdown forms and cost models. Maintain consistency.
- Communicate with the APQP and/or program manager on customer issues.
- Co-ordinate and update the tracking and/or logging of outstanding financial issues. Assist the accounting department in solving financial issues as required.
- Administer and maintain communication with customers as required.
- Update and maintain customer specific databases and forms
