Responsibilities
- To coordinate with the Order Department re: Preparation of all foreign and local communications to suppliers and customers in relation to all orders (PO & ISR) with order papers starting from dispatch to the end (payment of commissions, and copy documents, and obsolescence).
- Follow up payment, shipment, and checking thereof, copies of documents worksheets, order status, etc.
- Filing of documents in relation to all of the above respectively, instruction to clerk/s.
- To assist Department Head in overseeing sales and all activities resulting and relating to sales i.e. in charge of office sales, attendance to office clients, etc.
- To perform liaison and administrative functions with other departments within the company, as assigned by Manager from time to time.
