Job Description

Follow up with customers for PO, delivery confirmation & queries

Raise Sales Orders (SO) after PO verification

Share SO & delivery timelines with production planning / dispatch team

Coordinate with accounts for billing, payment terms & advance status

Maintain & update customer data, CRM, sales pipeline & leads

Coordinate with dispatch team for shipment & delivery status

Maintain proper documentation (Quotation, PO, SO, Invoice, LR, etc.)

Ensure smooth cross-department coordination (Accounts, Production, Stores, Dispatch)

Maintain strong customer relationships & follow up for repeat orders
