About this position:

  • This role primarily; edit, plans, coordinates, or directs the administrative services of an organization. This job involves keeping track of the organization's inventory, managing maintenance issues, offering administrative support, and answering phone calls.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of Any Business-related course or Equivalent

  • Residing within Pasig or nearby area.

  • Proven experience as sales Coordinator; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;

  • Knowledgeable with any system related to order management (e.g., SAP / Oracle) and MS Office.

  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
