Job Description
Overview
Assist the Sales Manager and sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks. Help prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and sales documents. Coordinate with internal teams (sales engineers, engineering, procurement, project teams) to collect required information for quotations and proposals. Track quotation and proposal status and follow up on deadlines as instructed. Maintain and update sales records, quotation logs, and customer information. Handle incoming customer inquiries and pass them to the relevant team for action. Support simple sales reporting and data updates when required. Ensure sales documents are properly filed and organized according to company procedures. Perform other administrative or support duties related to sales activities as assigned by the Sales Manager or management.
