Job Description

  • Preparation and processing of sales order and handling of documentation.
  • Follow up on status of sales orders, payment checks, liaison with HQ, Subsidiaries, Agents and Vendors Overseas.
  • Ensure accuracy in documents and emails, preventing errors and maintaining smooth operations.
  • Support teamwork and assist with ad-hoc task.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum "O" Level and above
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales support or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
