Job Description

  • Prepare quotations and tenders in response to customer enquiries

  • Provide sales support to Sales Managers on pricing and technical coordination

  • Liaise with customers and factory on technical matters

  • Coordinate documentation and follow up on enquiries and submissions of Tenders documents

  • Perform other operational duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Relevant engineering or technical background
  • Able to possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Class 3 driving license
