Responsibilities
Perform sales and adminstrative tasks Handle quotations, order processing, tracking and fulfilment of orders Answering of telephone calls and handle purchase enquiries Provide general support for walk-in customers Understand sales contracts and purchase orders Maintain a filing system of documents Have good rapport with customer and sales team
Requirements Candidate must possess at least O level / A level / Diploma
At least 1 or 2 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position Experience as a sales coordinator will be considered a plus IT competent - Proficient in MS Office applications Knowledge of office management systems and sales procedures Academic background in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills;Highly motivated and able to work under pressure Able to set piority and have good time management Able to work well in a team as well as independently Able to start immediately
