Position: Sales & Customer / Accounts Servicing Specialist

Salary: 1,500 AUD per month

Working Hours & Conditions: 50 hrs/week (work one weekend day - Saturday or Sunday each week)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Sales & Customer / Accounts Servicing Specialist to support sales activities and manage client relationships. This role focuses on converting enquiries, servicing existing customers, driving upsells, and re‑engaging inactive clients. Strong English communication skills and a proactive, organized approach are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Close orders from inbound leads and enquiries
• Service existing clients and manage ongoing relationships
• Upsell customers to higher‑value meal plans and packages
