Job Description
A fast-growing international tech company is seeking a Sales Development Manager to oversee and develop the Sales function for the Spanish market. This role focuses on team leadership, pipeline generation strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to support overall commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sales Development ensuring strong performance and continuous development.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales function, including prioritization, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Define, monitor, and refine KPIs to improve productivity, lead qualification, and conversion metrics.
- Provide ongoing coaching through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to coordinate campaigns, messaging, and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure smooth handover processes and strong alignment with Account Executives.
- Report on team performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Previous experience managing Sales Development teams in a high-performance environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams of several people (team lead oversight is a plus).
- Strong understanding of outbound and inbound operations, workflows, and metrics.
- Background in B2B tech or similar fast-paced environments.
- Analytical and operational mindset, with the ability to work with KPIs and optimisation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach.
- Native-level Spanish and professional English.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute, motivate teams, and adapt to changing priorities.
