Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead our SDR team while owning the operational backbone of our outbound sales motion. This role combines people leadership with hands-on operational execution and requires a highly tech-savvy manager who can design scalable workflows, optimize systems, and ensure the outbound engine runs efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS or technology environments, deep familiarity with modern outbound tools, and the ability to balance coaching with execution.
