In a growth context, they are looking for their next Sales Development Representative Manager, based in Madrid.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, your role is to lead and scale an SDR team to drive qualified pipeline through consistent inbound and outbound activities. To do so, your main missions are :

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing inbound SDR and outbound BDR team
  • Set goals and monitor KPIs (pipeline, meetings, conversion rates)
  • Design and optimize inbound/outbound strategies and messaging by market and customer segment
  • Ensure strong ICP discipline
