Overview

The Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving lead generation, managing operations, and developing strategies to acquire new clients in the BPO industry. This role involves identifying potential business opportunities, optimizing sales outreach efforts, and collaborating with the team to convert prospects into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Construct and optimize sales infrastructure, including creating workflows, designing email and message templates, and producing sales content such as info brochures, PDFs, and slideshows.
  • Manage and mentor the Operations Team to ensure performance excellence.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the BPO market.
