Job Description

As a Sales Development Manager at Monday, your main mission will be to increase the occupancy of our 5 assets, strategically located in the best areas of Barcelona. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing. Your goal will be to ensure that all 5 Barcelona assets operate at maximum capacity, attracting both companies and freelancers. Commercial tours are conducted in person, so you will need to be available to lead guided tours, showcasing Monday's value proposition compared to the competition. Additionally, your presence will be essential in handling high-profile and corporate clients, ensuring a high-quality experience and personalized service.
