Sales Development Representative (DACH market)
Barcelona, hybrid
Salary: €50-60k OTE (DOE)
I'm working with a fast-growing SaaS founder who is expanding across Europe and is now looking for a top-performing Sales Development Representative to help them scale their outreach into the DACH market.
What you'll do
Proactively source and outreach to cold leads (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, other channels) among accommodation/hospitality providers in DACH.
Qualify leads and book discovery calls / demo appointments for the senior sales team.
Provide the first impression of the company, act as the first point-of-contact for prospects, and present the product value proposition in a consultative way.
Track your pipeline, manage CRM data, and analyse performance: focus on quality and conversion over volume.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Product stakeholders to tailor outreach and messaging for DACH clients.
