About The Role

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive Ernest's growth by creating new opportunities with potential construction and software clients. As the first point of contact for many prospects, you'll play an important role in introducing Ernest, generating early interest, and supporting the development of a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with new people, and wants to contribute to building a scalable outbound sales function as the company continues to expand.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including 50–60 cold calls per day, plus email, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging.

  • Introduce Ernest's construction and software offerings to prospective clients across franchise, retail, QSR, and commercial markets.
