The Job

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative with around 3 years of proven experience in outbound and inbound prospecting. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-quality leads, engaging prospects through multi-channel outreach, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and contribute to pipeline growth through consistent, structured activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualifying inbound leads and assessing fit using established criteria.
