Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented SDR to join our Sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the growth of our client base. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to thrive in a high-performance fast- paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
* Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via **cold calling, cold emailing, and Linked In outreach to generate qualified B2 B leads.
* Identify ICP-aligned prospects across industries using tools like "Linked In Sales Navigator", Apollo, Zoom Info, or similar.
* Personalize outreach sequences based on industry, pain points, and buyer persona.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development
* Conduct lead qualification based on buying intent, problem fit, and interest level.
* Convert outbound prospects into discovery calls and product demos for the Sales team.
* Engage with CXO-level and senior stakeholders to initiate value-driven conversations.
Market Research & Sales Intelligence
* Research target industries, competitors, and customer challenges to tailor messaging.
* Stay updated with AI trends, revenue enablement tools, sales tech, and enterprise challenges to strengthen product conversations.
Collaboration & Reporting
* Maintain detailed CRM records, track sales activities, and manage lead pipelines.
* Collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution and lead nurturing workflows.
* Report weekly outbound metrics and contribute ideas for improving funnels and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
*1–2 years of experience in "B2 B Saa S sales, SDR/BDR roles, enterprise lead generation", or outbound sales.
*Proven experience in:
- Cold calling & cold emailing
- CRM management
- Market research & competitive analysis
- Handling enterprise conversations
*Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
*Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment with daily/weekly KPIs.
*Ability to learn technical concepts, understand AI capabilities, and articulate value propositions clearly.
