ROLE
We’re looking for a GTM powerhouse who can translate demand into revenue — and revenue into scale - particularly with Banks and NBFCs. This role sits at the heart of our growth engine: shaping our market presence, activating new channels, and ensuring customers don’t just sign — they succeed, expand, and champion Arrowhead.
Think: part sales leader, part growth strategist, part customer whisperer — and 100% accountable for making our GTM motion hum.
Your work will involve:
- Building and leading the team – recruit, coach, and manage our Sales + Customer Success org to consistently hit targets and grow accounts.
- Owning revenue goals – set ambitious but achievable targets, drive pipeline discipline, and ensure strong conversion across the funnel.
- ✨Creating the GTM playbook – from outbound sequences to play-based demos to event strategy to referral networks (and tweaking it as we learn)
- Driving inbound – own our SEO and website growth motion; track visitor behavior, improve conversion, and make Arrowhead visible to the right buyers
- Crafting great sales materials – pitch decks, case studies, demo scripts, objection handling frameworks — everything that scales conversations Enable customers on new features, updates, and best practices
- Partnerships – design and run partnerships motion
- Land and expand – ensure customers see value fast, build multi-use-case adoption, and turn accounts into long-term relationships.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS
- 0–4 years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable speaking to new people and handling objections
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment
Nice to have:
- Exposure to BFSI, fintech, Saa S, or enterprise sales
- Experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role
- Familiarity with CRMs, outreach tools, or Linked In Sales Navigator
